M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed bylo realizov\u00e1no pod veden\u00edm doc. Ji\u0159\u00edho Ku\u010der\u00edka, Ph.D.<\/p>\n<p>Sol-gel polykondenzace resorcinolu a formaldehydu v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti katalyz\u00e1toru je po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed f\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravy nanostrukturn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f nazvan\u00fdch aerogely, xerogely a kryogely. Tyto materi\u00e1ly jsou zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 d\u00edky sv\u00fdm vlastnostem a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm kv\u016fli rozvinut\u00e9 por\u00e9zn\u00ed struktu\u0159e, velk\u00e9mu m\u011brn\u00e9mu povrchu, ale tak\u00e9 pro svou chemickou odolnost. P\u0159i polykondenzaci doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zr\u00e1n\u00ed a tvorb\u011b trojrozm\u011brn\u00e9 struktury gelu. Pr\u00e1v\u011b f\u00e1ze polykondenzace je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro podrobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pozn\u00e1n\u00ed budouc\u00ed struktury polymer\u016f a jejich fin\u00e1ln\u00ed vlastnosti. Studium polykondenzace resorcinolu a formaldehydu nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 prozkoumanou oblast\u00ed, proto jsou hled\u00e1ny techniky, kter\u00e9 by p\u0159inesly u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 informace o pr\u016fb\u011bhu t\u00e9to reakce. Jako vhodn\u00e1 metoda se uk\u00e1zala NMR relaxometrie.<\/p>\n<p>NMR relaxometrie se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ke zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed por\u00e9zn\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00ed a jejich interakce s vodou nebo jin\u00fdmi kapalinami nebo ke zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed mobility a interakce organick\u00fdch molekul v roztoku. Princip metody je n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed. Vzorek se nejprve uvede do rovnov\u00e1\u017en\u00e9ho stavu. Rovnov\u00e1\u017en\u00fd stav je naru\u0161en kr\u00e1tkodobou aplikac\u00ed radiofrekven\u010dn\u00edho pulzu. T\u00edm se dostanou magnetick\u00e9 momenty jader do nerovnov\u00e1\u017en\u00e9ho stavu (zm\u011bn\u00ed se orientace proton\u016f). Po skon\u010den\u00ed pulzu protony relaxuj\u00ed zp\u011bt do p\u016fvodn\u00edho stavu, doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zm\u011bn\u011b magnetizace a tato zm\u011bna je vyhodnocena pomoc\u00ed veli\u010diny, je\u017e se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 relaxa\u010dn\u00ed \u010das. M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed bylo provedeno na p\u0159\u00edstroji NMR Analyzer Bruker the minispec mq 7.5.
