St\u00e1\u017e byla zam\u011b\u0159ena na identifikaci genetick\u00fdch aspekt\u016f nesyndromov\u00e9 monogenn\u00ed obezity a identifikaci polymorfismu rs6265 v genu BDNF.
\nNesyndromov\u00e1 monogenn\u00ed obezita je zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 mutac\u00ed jednoho z n\u011bkolika gen\u016f k\u00f3duj\u00edc\u00edch enzymy nebo receptory leptin-melanokortinov\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy, kter\u00e1 hraje kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v regulaci p\u0159i pocitu sytosti a udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed energetick\u00e9 homeost\u00e1zy v t\u011ble. Nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z nich je mutace v genu melanokortinov\u00e9ho receptoru 4 (MC4R). DNA anal\u00fdza genu MC4R byla provedena na vzorc\u00edch ob\u00e9zn\u00edch pacient\u016f metodou p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho sekvenov\u00e1n\u00ed.
\nRs6265 je jednonukleotidov\u00fd polymorfismus (G196A) v genu BDNF, kter\u00fd k\u00f3duje neurotropn\u00ed faktor odvozen\u00fd od mozku. Tento BDNF variant byl analyzov\u00e1n u 233 vzork\u016f metodou real time PCR.<\/p>\n
