V r\u00e1mci s\u00e9rie m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed byly charakterizov\u00e1ny nano\u010d\u00e1stice ZnO, TiO2<\/sub> a CeO2<\/sub> z fyzik\u00e1ln\u011bchemick\u00e9ho hlediska pomoc\u00ed technik DLS (dynamick\u00fd rozptyl sv\u011btla), LDV (laserov\u00e1 Dopplerova velocimetrie), AFM (mikroskopie atom\u00e1rn\u00edch sil) a SEM (skenovac\u00ed elektronov\u00e1 mikroskopie). Teoreticky a experiment\u00e1ln\u011b byla studov\u00e1na depozice nano\u010d\u00e1stic na povrchu sl\u00eddy (techniky AFM a QCM – quartz crystal microbalance), ur\u010dov\u00e1ny a modelov\u00e1ny elektrokinetick\u00e9 charakteristiky monovrstvy nano\u010d\u00e1stic a elektrostatick\u00fdch interakc\u00ed molekuly proteinu s nano\u010d\u00e1sticemi a m\u011b\u0159ena kinetika adsorpce t\u011bchto \u010d\u00e1stic. St\u00e1\u017e byla p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e1 v mnoha sm\u011brech a spolupr\u00e1ce s t\u00edmto institutem bude pokra\u010dovat i nad\u00e1le.<\/p>\n
