Roman Marsalek and Arianit Gashi participated in 3rd International Conference on Applied Surface Science on 17-20th June 2019 in Pisa, Italy.

Tomáš Zelenka visited Universite de Haute Alsace in Mulhouse (France) from 20 to 24 May 2019. The aim of the Erasmus + teaching program was to give local students a series of lectures focused on the Characterization of porous materials.

Tomáš Zelenka, Gabriela Hotová, Roman Maršálek, and Alžběta Parchaňská visited IS2M (Université Haute-Alsace, Mulhouse, France) from 10 to 14 March 2019. Scientific as well as the social program was perfect – a short visit to Basel city and museums in Mulhouse was great!

This year’s 12th event of Chemistry and other natural sciences at the Silesian Ostrava Castle took place on Tuesday 26 June 2018 from 8.30 am to 1 pm.

On May 18, 2018, Research Day was held at the Department of Chemistry within the SGS project.
