Dr. Salome Soarez (University of Porto) visited our department from 21. 8. to 23. 8. 2017.

Dr. Soarez, member of the group prof. Figuerieda, gave a lecture in doping carbon nanotubes with nitrogen during her research visit. The possibilities of further cooperation, specifically in the field of quantitative determination of nitrogen groups using TG-MS, were also discussed. Dr. Soarez was also introduced to the Department of Chemistry and visited laboratories.
